We hope you’ll love every purchase you make from Love&Things. However, if you ever need to exchange an item, you can do so within 7 days from the dispatch date.
1. Items sold are only exchangeable on a case-to-case basis.
2. The customer has to bear all costs and handling charges of returning the item.
3. Items can only be exchanged for similar or higher priced items if the item is out of stock. Customers will have to bear the difference of the price for higher priced items.
4. It can take up to 7 days for us to process an exchanged item case should a customer choose to send an item back to us.
5. For health and hygiene reasons, grooming products, products for piercings and intimate wear (including underwear, swimwear and loungewear) are non-returnable.
6. Customers must email Love&Things at infoloventhings@gmail.com to request and state why an exchange of the purchased item is needed. Love&Things will then consider the exchange and get back to the customer as soon as possible.
